Mike Hutchinson counsels companies and individuals in business, commercial, and intellectual property transactions, litigation, and operational matters. Mike's transactional experience includes serving as an in-house counsel with a specialty finance company and representing clients in a variety of secured transactions and corporate contracting matters including: lottery, structured settlement, prize winnings and other periodic payment transfers; lending issues; common-law composition of creditor agreements and assignments for the benefit of creditors; joint-venture agreements; confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements; and, general business representation on contracting, technology licensing, trademarks, consulting and employment issues.
